Washington, DC

Great Falls on the Potomac 

    This is a national park located 15 miles from DC and the falls are magnificent!  This is just a nice easy walk with several overlooks where you can see the river, falls and rocks.  We didn't get to explore much past because it started to rain.  Definitely worth visiting if you go to DC!
